In-Store Pickup

Web order number will be required to pick up orders.
Please allow 24 business hours for processing. (orders placed after noon Friday through Sunday will be available for pick up on Monday.) Many orders may be ready in less time, except during peak periods in August, December and January. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

Shipping Policies

Orders normally ship in 1-2 business days via UPS. During August and December shipping time may vary. Orders will ship to Street Addresses only. (APO shipments will be sent thru US Postal Service) -we will not ship to a Post Office Box. All orders shipped from the UNO Bookstore are shipped UPS directly to your Shipping address. Orders CANNOT be held for in Store Pick up after an order has been processed.

UNO Bookstore Refund Policy

Current Picture ID & original cash register or web receipt is required for all refunds. (Picture ID is required when the return is processed in the UNO Bookstore).
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD REFUNDS: With the original cash register receipt the credit/debit card that was originally charged on the purchase transaction will be the credit/debit card that will be credited.
CHECKS: There is a 10-day waiting period before a cash refund is issued.

Textbook Refund Policy

LAST DAY FOR A FULL REFUND: Friday of the 2nd week of the semester, (Friday, of the 1st week of each summer class start date) after that date, all sales are final.
NEW BOOKS: Must be in NEW condition with all CD's, tapes, code cards and any supplements.
HELPFUL TIPS: DO NOT remove shrink-wrap, write/mark in books, or remove any pages until you have attended class and are certain you have the correct book or will not be changing/dropping classes.

General Merchandise Refund Policy

Merchandise must be returned in unopened original packaging and in the original condition. Original cash register receipt and picture ID are required.
Calculators, electronics and software are Non-returnable if opened.
Store Management reserves the right to make the decision on the condition or salability of the return.
Defective items, textbooks and general merchandise, will be exchanged. Items ordered, processed, and shipped from the UNO Bookstore follow the above listed refund policy.
Items that need to be returned by shipment must be received in the UNO Bookstore within the above stated return policy terms and should include a copy of the original web order receipt.
